Description
Hey gang! Had some time today and made myself a contact pickup for my old acoustic guitar. Parts: Piezo Buzzer, 1/4″ Instrument Cable Jack, Medical tape, Glove Leather. I want to experiment with this kind of pickup on Mallet percussion instruments in the future. I like how it is a very low cost alternative for “mic’ing” acoustic instruments. The amplified sound of this pickup didn’t sound great using my Macs’s built-in mic, so I didn’t post audio with this video. I’ll post audio directly from th
